Holy goat Forsaken Vines

This beer underwent fermentation and aging for three months on the pressed skins of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes, generously provided by Renegade Urban Winery based in Walthamstow, London. The natural yeasts present on the grape skins contributed unique dimensions to the fermentation profile, complementing the characteristics of their house culture.

The culmination of these elements has resulted in a beer with a delightful textured mouthfeel, lively acidity, and distinct notes of white wine, gooseberries, and a subtle touch of Brettanomyces funk.
